I thought the enclosures were clean and put together nice. Animals had good amount of space to move around, and some spots felt more like natural area than just cages. It made me feel better during the visit seeing them looking comfortable and cared for.

I had no trouble getting through everything with my screen reader. It was clear, simple, and didn’t feel frustrating at all. I’d definitely use it again.

I went in assuming all zoo food is always wildly overpriced, because that’s just how these places usually are, but it was way better than I expected. The prices felt fair, even for drinks, and there were enough options for snacks and lunch without feeling like we had to spend a fortune.

Obviously it’s not like shopping at a supermarket, but for a day out it was totally reasonable. It was a nice surprise, and I’d definitely just eat there again instead of packing half the kitchen to bring with us.

Getting there was really easy... the tube was simple to use, and the bus was straightforward too.

I tried to cancel my order, the whole refund process felt like it took forever. I'm not sure if I just had bad timing or what, but support wasn't really much help when I reached out. It ended up being more frustrating than I expected.

I’m happy to support them. It really seems like they’re doing genuine conservation work and actually helping wildlife, which makes me feel good about being involved.

There seemed to be plenty of space, and the lines moved along quickly, maybe only a few minutes of waiting here and there.

I ordered a couple of animal-themed gifts from the ZSL shop i was really pleased with everything. The website was straightforward to use, delivery arrived faster than I expected, and the items were packed nicely. The plush toy was especially cute and felt good quality. My only regret is not checking the shop sooner, because it’s a great place for birthday bits or small presents. I’d definitely use it again.

Had lunch there with the kids i was surprised by how good it was. I’m usually loyal to my regular café, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the coffee was hot, the sandwiches tasted fresh, and the cake was really lovely. It’s not the cheapest place for a day out, but the quality was definitely there.

I was surprised by how many animals there were to see. You walk around and it feels like there’s something interesting everywhere you look.

I got in quick, even though it was busy. The line kept moving nicely and didn’t feel like a hassle at all, which was sooo nice.

We were kind of left on our own and couldn’t really get anyone to help us, haha. It made the visit a bit frustrating.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if getting the membership would be worth it, but the free entry started paying off quickly. It’s nice not having to think twice every time we want to visit, and that definitely makes the whole thing feel easier and more reassuring

Booked my tickets through Zoological Society of London it was almost suspiciously easy. The dates and times were all laid out clearly, payment went through without any dramatic collapse, and the confirmation email landed pretty much instantly. No chaos, no stress, no tiny online booking nightmare, just done.

I had to get in touch with zsl.org because I’d made a mistake with my booking, and I was genuinely surprised by how quickly they replied. The person who answered clearly looked at the details I’d sent over, because they referenced the booking issue directly instead of sending one of those generic template responses.

They fixed it without making me jump through loads of hoops, which I really appreciated. The explanation was clear, the tone was friendly, and the whole thing was sorted much faster than I expected. It was nice dealing with a support team that felt like they’d actually read my message.

I donated to ZSL and appreciated that I wasn’t left wondering where my money was going. The site explains their conservation work in a straightforward way, and it was easy to understand how donations actually help.
The receipt came through quickly too, which was reassuring. I’d still like to see a bit more detail on exact spending, but overall it felt more transparent than a lot of charities I’ve looked at. Personally, I’d feel comfortable donating again.

I got the impression that the animals are really well cared for here. Everything just seemed handled with kindness and attention, and that made me feel good about the place. You can usually tell when people genuinely care, you know?
